We’ve submitted written evidence to the Public Accounts Committee’s inquiry, Immigration: Skilled worker visas. Our key recommendations are to:
- Develop a mechanism for Skilled Workers to be able to access public funds quickly in emergencies, without risk of visa cancellation.
- Publish data on the number of Change of Conditions applications (in respect of the NRPF condition) made by Skilled Workers and the outcomes.
